BIOREFINING, INC:

Biorefining, Inc ( www.biorefining.com )

Biorefining, Inc. was founded in January of 2000 with the vision to develop, commercialize and license proprietary technologies capable of economically converting plant material into value-added products used primarily for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and function food applications, as well as food and feed grade products utilizing their Bio-Extraction Process.

Initially, Biorefining, Inc. intends to build a functional fiber and specialty sugars business "The House of Fiber" utilizing its Bio-extraction technology to further process sugar beet pulp into nutritional dietary fiber. The "softness" of the Company's process has produced a very different fiber with unique functionality and uses vs. the dietary fibers currently available on the market. Initially the Company will focus on the two largest fiber-use sectors; the food ingredient and pet food ingredient industries. Biorefining intends to use toll manufacturing to produce the product and a network of independent food ingredient representatives to market its functional fiber. This approach will allow the Company to build its sales volume and profitability while avoiding the capital costs associated with building a production facility and an internal sales force.

Similar functional dietary fibers will be sequentially derived using other feedstocks. These include corn fiber, soy fiber, oat fiber and other processing residues. Each of these feed stocks will provide a unique fiber with unique functionality. In the case of corn fiber, our product will be high in Arabinoxylan and oat fiber will be high in Beta Glucan. Many other opportunities exist to expand the line of fibers that can be manufactured and sold by Biorefining, Inc.

Additionally, Company research has shown a fractionated marketplace for specialty fibers. This provides the opportunity to consolidate small to medium size manufactures and suppliers. Significant value could be derived for the Company by building a strong brand identity and taking advantage of merger and acquisition opportunities.

Biorefining's second developed technology is the Biomilling Process, currently secured under one issued patent and another pending. With specific application for licensing to the ethanol industry, the Biomilling Process is a front-end corn fractionation process that optimizes ethanol production while increasing the number, and value of co-products in ethanol production. The Biomilling Process is intended to replace the front-end "dry grind" process currently being used in most ethanol facilities today with a more efficient first or gross fractionation of the corn kernel. Management believes that the Biomilling Process will provide numerous avenues to increased profits for ethanol producers.

Commercial viability of the Biomilling Process was demonstrated in pilot scale trials conducted in January and February, 2005 at plants in Cresco and Fredericksburg, Iowa. A commercial quantity of corn was processed into corn bran, germ and endosperm utilizing scaleable equipment in a batch processing setup. However, longer term operation of the system would be beneficial to support the sales and marketing of the Biomilling process as proven. The company has a commitment from an ethanol producer for an ongoing placement of the Biomilling Process at their facility in South Dakota. Management expects this initial placement to be operational in the 1st quarter of 2008.

Innovative Bio-Technologies' shareholders maintain an investment in Biorefining, Inc. This is a possible revenue stream for IBT should Biorefining's proprietary technologies be marketed successfully.
